I am a street and documentary-style photographer focusing on the fleeing moments of life around me. With mostly people in focus, my work results from observations of banal yet extraordinary everyday life.
My journey in photography started in 2016 as I travelled around Asia, and I soon developed an attachment with street and documentary-style work.
With an emotional and humane approach at its center, my recent work has been a blend of moods that tries to bridge together my emotions with artistic expression and the value of documentation.
A keen observer, I am often found in the streets capturing the fleeing moments, sharing cups of tea with strangers, and learning a thing or two about life.
My first solo exhibition titled GOSAIKUNDA opened in August 2022 during World Photography Week at L&P Hutheesing Visual Arts Centre, Ahmedabad, India. In November-December 2023, my project Street Musings: Weave Your Own Stories was a part of Abhivyakti City Arts Project – V.
