When will my order ship? When will I receive the print(s)?
Orders ship within 2-3 working days. Depending on your address, it may take 2 to 21 days for you to receive the print(s) once the order is shipped. During holiday season, expect extended shipping times.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. All prints are shipped free of charge.
Is customs duty included in the price?
Customs laws vary across countries. The receiver has to pay the customs duty, if any.
How are prints packed?
Prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in thick cardboard tube or envelope, depending on the quantity and size of the prints, and delivery location.
Fine Art Inkjet Prints – what does that mean?
An archival inkjet print is made using pigment ink on an inkjet printer. Also known as Giclée prints, these prints are printed by very fine sprays of ink on fine art archival papers.
Are your prints ‘archival?’
Yes. My prints are made on archival Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 GSM Matte paper using pigment inks. These prints last well over 100 years in normal lighting conditions – that is, away from direct sunlight (and from humidity, moisture, water etc.)
Are your prints signed?
At the moment, prints are shipped unsigned.
How can the authenticiy of the prints be verified?
A signed Certificate of Authenticity is sent to you separately once the order has been completed.
How are print sizes editioned?
Print sizes are editioned as following:
- 8 x 10: Limited to 50
- 11 x 14: Limited to 25
- 12 x 18: Limited to 25
- 16 x 24: Limited to 10
- 20 x 30: Limited to 5

Is frame/matting/mounting included?
Frame/matting/mounting is not included due to hefty shipping charges and to give buyers the choice to display prints as they desire. Frames are also prone to damage during transportation.
The size displayed – is it final print/paper size?
Yes. A 20 x 30 inch print, for example, means you will receive a 20 x 30 inch print – including borders. A print may be slightly smaller (up to 1.5mm on each side) than the stated size due to trimming tolerance.
What’s the size of the borders on your prints?
Border measurements are as follows (inches):
- 8 x 10: Longer edges – 0.5, shorter edges – 1
- 11 x 14: Longer edges – 0.5, shorter edges – 1.17
- 12 x 18 and bigger: Longer edges – 1, shorter edges – 0.7
Can I cancel an order?/I changed my mind. Can I return a print?
Prints are made-to-order. Orders once placed can not be cancelled. Please place an order only when you are sure about the purchase.
I placed an order by mistake! What now?
I have little control over stopping a print once the order has been placed and the printing process has started. But please contact me immediately after placing an incorrect order. Although it’s not guaranteed, it might be possible for me to cancel within a short time frame.
My order is on hold. What do I do now?
Your order is usually placed on hold in case of difficulties in processing the payment or due to unforeseen circumstances in fulfilling the order. Please be patient and you will receive an update soon.
If you paid using UPI in India, there might be a delay in completing the payment. If the amount is deducted from your account, then your order will be confirmed soon.
What if I received damaged print(s)?
Please contact me with pictures of the damage and I will reach out to my fulfilment parter for an exchange without additional cost to you. It may be possible to get a refund in case the order can not be fulfilled. I might request you to return the damaged product.
