Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

This document is divided in two parts: Print Orders and Photowalk/Workshop Bookings

1. Print Orders


  • Prints are made-to-order. Orders once placed can not be cancelled. Please place an order only when you are sure about the purchase.

  • If you placed an order by mistake, please get in touch immediately after placing the order. Although it’s not guaranteed, it might be possible to cancel within a short time frame. This is because orders are fulfilled by printing partner(s) and there is little control over stopping a print once the order has been placed and the printing process has started.


Shipping and Fulfilment

  • Print sizes are editioned as following:
    • 8 x 10: Limited to 50
    • 11 x 14: Limited to 25
    • 12 x 18: Limited to 25
    • 16 x 24: Limited to 10
    • 20 x 30: Limited to 5

  • Prints include white borders in the following sizes (inches):
    • 8 x 10: Longer edges – 0.5, shorter edges – 1
    • 11 x 14: Longer edges – 0.5, shorter edges – 1.17
    • 12 x 18 and bigger: Longer edges – 1, shorter edges – 0.7

  • Estimated delivery times:
    • EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 7 to 14 working days
    • Other countries: 14 to 21 days

  • Shipping is free for all orders.

  • Orders are sent to print the same day once payment is complete. It may take 1-2 working days before an order is shipped.

  • Custom duty is not included in the price. The receiver might have to pay customs duty on the order, if any, depending on the customs regulations in their country.

  • Prints may look slightly different than how you see them on screen. The print is considered the final photograph, not the pixels displayed on the screen.

  • Frame pictures are for illustrative purpose only. Orders do not include frames, unless a framed print option is made available. This is to avoid hefty shipping charges and damage in trasit, and to give buyers the choice to decide how they would like to display a print.

2. Photowalk/Workshop Bookings

  • Bookings can be made for more than one participant at the same time. Information like Name, email, and phone number must be added for each participant.

  • Each registered participant will receive an email confirming their booking. Participants must carry this confirmation at the time of the event.


  • Photowalks : No changes/cancellation within seven (7) days prior to the event day.
  • Photography workshop (2-3 days duration): No changes/cancellation within seven (7) days prior to the beginning of the event.
  • Photography workshop (5 days or more duration): No changes/cancellation within thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the event.
