Refund and Returns Policy

This document is divided in two parts: Print Orders and Photowalk/Workshop Bookings

1. Print Orders

Returns

If you receive damaged print(s), please contact me with pictures of the damage within 7 days of delivery and I will initiate a replacement. You might be requested to ship back the damaged product.

Exchanges

A print once dispatched/delivered can not be exchanged for another.

Refunds

If you received a damaged print and it’s not possible for me to send you a replacement, you are eligible for a full refund.

2. Photowalk/Workshop Bookings

Refunds

  • Photowalks: No refunds for cancellations made within seven (7) days prior to the beginning of the event.
  • Photography workshops (2-3 days duration): No refunds for cancellations made within seven (7) days prior to the beginning of the event.
  • Photography workshops (5 days or more duration): No refunds for cancellation made within thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the event.
  • 90% refund if cancelled within the permitted period.
  • Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking an event, provided the booking does not fall under the period mentioned above.
  • Full refund of the paid amount if organiser cancells an event and is unable to arrange alternate date(s) for the same.
