This document is divided in two parts: Print Orders and Photowalk/Workshop Bookings
1. Print Orders
Returns
If you receive damaged print(s), please contact me with pictures of the damage within 7 days of delivery and I will initiate a replacement. You might be requested to ship back the damaged product.
Exchanges
A print once dispatched/delivered can not be exchanged for another.
Refunds
If you received a damaged print and it’s not possible for me to send you a replacement, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Photowalk/Workshop Bookings
Refunds
- Photowalks: No refunds for cancellations made within seven (7) days prior to the beginning of the event.
- Photowalks: No refund is participant is unable to attend or doesn’t show up.
- Photography workshops (duration 1-3 days): No refunds for cancellations made within fourteen (14) days prior to the beginning of the event.
- Photography workshops (Duration 4 days or more): No refunds for cancellation made within fourty five (45) days prior to the beginning of the event.
- 50% refund if cancelled within the permitted period.
- Some events may be covered by a separate refund policy published on the event page. In that case, the terms mentioned at the event page are taken into consideration.
- Full refund if organiser(s) cancel an event and is unable to offer alternate date(s) for the same.
